Crab and Shrimp Stuffed Rolls

This recipe is scrumptious! It's perfect for a hot summer evening. J and I like it with corn on the cob and salad. I nearly felt like I was on the dining on the coast in Charleston!

Crab and Shrimp Stuffed Rolls

1 pkg hard rolls, hollowed (I used onion pita bread)
1 pkg crab or tuna and shrimp
1/2 c spanish olives, chopped
1-2 tsp mayonnaise
1-2 c shredded cheese (I used cheddar and a casserole blend)
chopped or grated onion to taste (more or less depending on what you like)
salt and pepper

Preheat oven at 350 degrees. Mix all above ingredients and stuff in rolls. Bake for 20-30 minutes.
