Memorial Day Weekend (In Pictures)

J and I went here for our long weekend. A trip to see my Pappy was long overdue. So was my hair!
Look at my poor, sad, limp, lifeless locks before:
Now, check out my rockin style after! (and the lovely Mrs. A's too!):
I have to say, I have a good thing going with the hair. My girlfriend is a stylist so she does it at home for half price (I KNOW!). But, my pappy very much loves Mrs. A's sister (Mrs. A, her family, etc.) so he TOTALLY PAYS FOR IT! But he always gives her a hefty tip. So therefore I also get fabulous hair products as well.
Moving on. Just when you thought she couldn't get any cuter, here she is. The utterly adorable Miss Pie!

After a humid evening at the park. So help me, I sometimes think Northern humidity is worse than the South.

I'm pretty sure that somewhere along the way on this fabulous blog I've mentioned that my wonderful Aunties catered our wedding for us. They have a catering/bakery business and brought the show on the road for our reception. For our anniversary gift they made us a small wedding cake. OHMYGOSH IT WAS FABULOUS! Double layer strawberry and buttercream frosting! See the original here.
Go ahead.....salivate!
